ConvergeOne Cements its "Excellent" Status with a 2019 Net Promoter Score of 72

ConvergeOne's 2019 Corporate NPS is two points above its 2018 NPS of 70, and eleven points above its 2016 score of 61. The 2019 score maintains ConvergeOne's placement in the "Excellent" NPS category, which only a select group of customer-centric companies are able to achieve. In the IT services industry, the average NPS—as reported by ClearlyRated—is 24, which means that ConvergeOne's score is three times the industry average.

What is Net Promoter Score (NPS)?

NPS is a global standard for determining customer loyalty and satisfaction by asking one simple question: "On a scale from 0-10, how likely are you to recommend ConvergeOne to a friend or colleague?"  It is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors (those who respond with a 6 or below) from the percentage of promoters (those who respond with a 9 or 10).

In 2019, ConvergeOne once again raised its NPS with a score of 72! This is two points higher than its 2018 NPS of 70 and eleven points higher than its 2016 score of 61. The 2019 score cements ConvergeOne place in NPS's "Excellent" category, which only a select group of customer-centric companies are able to achieve. In comparison, any score above 0 is considered adequate for a typical company because it means that it has more promoters than detractors.
