What is Net Promoter Score (NPS)?
NPS is a global standard for determining customer loyalty and satisfaction.
It is calculated by asking one simple question: "On a scale from 0-10, how likely are you to recommend C1 to a friend or colleague?" The percentage of detractors (those who respond with a 6 or below) is subtracted from the percentage of promoters (those who respond with a 9 or 10).
