Frank Tersigni has spent his career helping companies evolve their customer-facing operations. A senior executive at ConvergeOne, he has held executive positions at Altivon, IBM, NetDriven Solutions, VoiceGenie, Genesys, and Got Corporation. He was the co-founder of CallPro Canada, a leading provider of multi-media customer interaction management solutions. He has been directly involved with utilities across North America as they enhance their operations to better serve their communities. Tersigni has a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Western University Ivey School of Business.
